Are you an authorized Smith dealer?
Yes, PTO Ski & Snowboard is a fully authorized Smith dealer. All products come with manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed authentic. We carry 29 Smith products in our current inventory.
Can I return a Smith helmet?
Helmets and safety equipment must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return, within our standard return window — 15 days for a refund and 30 for store credit, each plus a 7-day shipping allowance, so 22 and 37 days from the last parcel's shipping label. Store-pickup orders: 15 days for a refund and 30 days for store credit, counted from the day you pick up the order, with no shipping allowance. Orders placed before September 22, 2026 (Pacific time) are counted from the order date.
Can you help me pick the right size?
Yes — our staff help with sizing and fit in-store, and our AI shopping assistant can point you to the right size online.
Does Smith gear ship free?
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more to the contiguous US (lower 48 and DC) — oversized items like skis and snowboards included. Below that threshold — and on all international orders, and to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories — shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
