Are you an authorized Smith dealer?
Yes, PTO Ski & Snowboard is a fully authorized Smith dealer. All products come with manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed authentic. We carry 28 Smith products in our current inventory.
Can I return a Smith helmet?
Helmets and safety equipment must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return, within our standard 15-day return window.
Can you help me pick the right size?
Yes — our staff help with sizing and fit in-store, in English and Chinese (中文), and our AI shopping assistant can point you to the right size online.
Does Smith gear ship free?
We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $100 — oversized items like skis and snowboards included. Below that threshold — and on all international orders — shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
