Our Gear Philosophy

We rotate our rental fleet on a 3-year cycle. After three seasons, equipment gets retired from our rental program — no exceptions. We believe up-to-date technology and properly maintained gear make a real difference in how you experience the mountain.
Every season, we add a batch of brand-new rental equipment to our fleet. If you want the latest and greatest — skis and boards that have never touched snow — you can upgrade to a brand-new seasonal setup for just $20 extra.
Love what you rode? You can purchase your rental equipment at the end of your trip. Ask our team about buy-out pricing.

Reservations open every July. Lock in early-bird pricing and have your gear fitted before the season starts. All season rentals include the same instructor fitting and free equipment swap as our daily rentals.

Can't make it to Beaverton? For kids on skis or snowboards 128 cm and under, we now ship the whole season package anywhere in the contiguous US — $229 for the season, round-trip shipping included.
$229 if you order before December, $249 after — the rate is set by the day you order, so a few days of us checking sizes cannot move it. You are not charged when you order. Tell us the sizes, we check them against what we have, then we email you a payment link for $229 plus a $200 refundable deposit — good for 24 hours. Nothing is set aside until it is paid, and the deposit comes back when the gear does.

Our rental shop is in Beaverton, 10 minutes west of downtown Portland via US-26.
Yes. Season rentals open every July, and kids' and adult packages are both available. Current rates are listed in the pricing table on this page.
On the day you pick up, not the day you reserve. If you book in November for a December pickup, you pay the December rate — booking early holds the gear, not the price. Returning customers are the exception: you keep the Early Bird rate on any pickup through December.
Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend reserving ahead — especially on weekends and holidays — to guarantee availability and skip the wait.
We stock adult equipment from size 4 to 15 (boots) and kids equipment for ages 4 and up. If you have specific sizing needs, mention them in your reservation.
Yes. Pick up after 4 PM the evening before your rental day at no extra charge. This way you can head straight to the mountain in the morning.
Normal wear is covered. If something breaks during regular use, we will replace it at no cost. Damage from negligence or misuse may incur a repair fee.
Yes. Helmets are $5 per time or $20 per season as an add-on.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your pickup time for a full refund. Late cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Yes — new this year. Kids ski and snowboard season packages sized 128 cm and under ship anywhere in the contiguous US (lower 48 — we can't ship to Alaska or Hawaii) for a flat $229, round-trip shipping included.
Yes. It is $229 for orders placed before December, and $249 from December on. The rate is set by the day you order — if you order in November we hold that price even though it takes us a few days to check your sizes and send the payment link.
You are not charged when you order. We check the sizes you gave us against what we have, then email you a payment link for $229 plus a $200 refundable deposit. The link is good for 24 hours, and nothing is set aside until it is paid. The deposit is refunded to the same card once the gear is back and checked over.
You share your kid's height, weight, age, and boot size when you reserve. Our technicians build the package from that profile — and for skis, set and release-check the bindings — before it ships.
A prepaid return label is included. At the end of the season, box the gear up and send it back — no return shipping cost.
