Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn't work out, here's how returns work at PTO Ski & Snowboard.
Product Price Refund — Within 15 Days
- Eligible items may be returned for a refund of the product price within 15 days. For online orders, the return window begins on the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, it begins on the date of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging when applicable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Store Credit — Within 30 Days
- After the 15-day refund window, items may be returned for store credit within 30 days. For online orders, the 30-day window begins on the date of delivery. For in-store purchases, it begins on the date of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging when applicable.
- Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase in-store or online.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Ski & Snowboard Equipment Exclusions
Due to the nature of winter sports equipment, the following items have specific return restrictions:
- Skis & Snowboards: Items that have been mounted, drilled, tuned, waxed, used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Bindings: Bindings that have been mounted or installed are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Boots: Boots that show signs of use, wear, heat molding, or modification are not eligible for return.
- Helmets & Safety Equipment: Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, services (tuning, mounting, waxing), rentals, lessons, camps, and special orders are final sale unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Clearance & Final Sale Items
- Items discounted 30% or more are considered clearance and are final sale.
- Clearance items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Size exchanges on clearance items are available only if the replacement size is in stock. If the requested size is not available, no exchange can be made.
- Final sale status may be indicated on the product page, in your cart, during checkout, or on your receipt.
How to Start a Return

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.
- Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Standard carrier transit time is typically 5–7 business days after the carrier receives the package.
- Expedited and express options may be available at checkout depending on your location and order contents.
Oversized & Heavy Items
Skis, snowboards, boots, large bags, and other oversized or heavy items may require additional handling. All orders over $100 still qualify for free standard shipping. Any additional charges for expedited or special handling will be shown at checkout before payment.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Beaverton location. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 hours during business hours.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

- Prices, product availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing errors, or unusual purchasing activity.
- Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly from screen to screen.
Product Information & Sizing
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and, if necessary, cancel affected orders with a full refund.
Ski and snowboard sizing recommendations, compatibility suggestions, and mounting guidance provided on our website are for general reference only. Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate equipment for their ability level and intended use. If you need professional assistance, please contact us or visit our Beaverton location for an in-person consultation.
Services
Services offered by PTO Ski & Snowboard — including but not limited to ski and snowboard tuning, binding mounting, equipment rentals, lessons, and camps — may be subject to additional terms, conditions, or liability waivers provided at the time of service. Participation in certain activities may require a signed waiver.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of PTO Ski & Snowboard or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
