Are clearance items covered by warranty?

Yes. Every product we sell, including clearance items, comes with the full manufacturer warranty. We are an authorized dealer for every brand in our shop.

Can I return clearance items?

No — everything on the Clearance page is discounted 30% or more, which makes it Final Sale: no returns, no refunds and no exchanges, except for manufacturer defects, shipping errors, or damage in transit. Items discounted under 30% live on the Sale page and, unless a size or color is marked Final Sale on its product page, follow the standard return policy — 15 days for a refund and 30 for store credit, each plus a 7-day shipping allowance, so 22 and 37 days from the last parcel's shipping label. Store-pickup orders: 15 days for a refund and 30 days for store credit, counted from the day you pick up the order, with no shipping allowance. Orders placed before September 22, 2026 (Pacific time) are counted from the order date.
