Returns are accepted within our standard return window — 15 days for a refund and 30 for store credit, each plus a 7-day shipping allowance, so 22 and 37 days from the last parcel's shipping label — in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging when applicable. Store-pickup orders: 15 days for a refund and 30 days for store credit, counted from the day you pick up the order, with no shipping allowance. Orders placed before September 22, 2026 (Pacific time) are counted from the order date.
