How long does shipping take?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. Oversized items (skis, snowboards) may carry a small surcharge.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached. Items returned within 15–30 days are eligible for store credit only. After 30 days, returns are not accepted. Sale items are final sale unless defective. Boots returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take an additional 3–5 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I find the right ski or snowboard size?

We provide detailed sizing guides on every product page. As a general rule, skis should fall between your chin and the top of your head, and snowboards should reach between your chin and nose. Ability level, terrain preference, and weight also matter — feel free to contact us for personalized advice.

Do boot sizes run true to size?

Ski and snowboard boots can vary by brand. We recommend consulting the brand-specific size chart on the product page. When in between sizes, most riders prefer a snugger fit since liners pack out over time.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you offer price matching?

Yes. If you find the same in-stock item at a lower price from an authorized US retailer, contact us and we will match it.
