Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental US. Expedited options (2-day and overnight) are available at checkout.

Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total.

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $100 — oversized items like skis and snowboards included. Below that threshold — and on all international orders — shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

No — we don't ship orders to PO Boxes, so an order needs a street address. You can collect it from us in Beaverton instead: choose Store Pickup at checkout, or get in touch and we'll sort it out.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached. Items returned within 15–30 days are eligible for store credit only. After 30 days, returns are not accepted. Items discounted 30% or more are marked Final Sale and are non-returnable, except for manufacturer defects or shipping errors. Boots returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. It may take an additional 3–5 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

We provide detailed sizing guides on every product page. As a general rule, skis should fall between your chin and the top of your head, and snowboards should reach between your chin and nose. Ability level, terrain preference, and weight also matter — feel free to contact us for personalized advice.

Ski and snowboard boots can vary by brand. We recommend consulting the brand-specific size chart on the product page. When in between sizes, most riders prefer a snugger fit since liners pack out over time.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes. If you find the same in-stock item at a lower price from an authorized US retailer, contact us and we will match it.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We welcome children as young as 3 years old! Our Tiny Slider program is designed specifically for ages 3–5, with play-based instruction on a slow-speed slope. Snowboarding starts at age 5.

Not at all! We specialize in teaching complete beginners. Most of our students have never been on skis or a snowboard before. Our indoor environment is the ideal place to learn — no chairlifts, no cold, no crowds.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing you can move in — think gym clothes. Long pants (no jeans or shorts), a long-sleeve shirt or light jacket, and long socks. Our facility is climate-controlled, so no heavy winter gear needed.

No! We provide all equipment: skis, snowboard, boots, and helmets. Everything is included in your lesson price.

Most lessons are 55 minutes of actual instruction time. We also offer 30-minute sessions ideal for younger children. Arrive 10–15 minutes early for equipment fitting.

Private lessons are tailored to your rider or private group; pricing starts with one rider, and eligible sessions allow additional riders for an added fee. Group options use a fixed class size or schedule, including the Adult Ski Group and 8-week programs.

Many Private, Family, and weekday Multi-Week lessons offer Ski or Snowboard as marked when booking. Tiny Sliders, the Adult Group Lesson, and the current weekend Multi-Week classes are Ski only.

Camps run when a group forms: once five kids sign up for a date, we schedule the camp and email everyone who asked for it. Structured ski/snowboard training, games, and activities. All equipment included.

We're in Beaverton, Oregon: 5639 SW Arctic Dr, Beaverton, OR 97005. About 10 minutes west of downtown Portland, just off Highway 217 near Washington Square Mall.

We have seasonal hours. Winter (Sep–Mar): Mon–Fri 1:00 pm–8:30 pm, Sat–Sun 9:00 am–7:30 pm. Spring (Apr–mid-Jun): Mon–Fri 1:00 pm–7:30 pm, Sat–Sun 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Summer (mid-Jun–mid-Sep): Mon–Fri 8:30 am–4:00 pm, Sat–Sun Closed.

Yes! Our indoor facility is climate-controlled at a comfortable temperature year-round. No freezing, no sweating — just comfortable learning conditions.

Absolutely! We have a comfortable observation area where parents can watch lessons in progress. Feel free to take photos and videos.

Absolutely. Our facility is specifically designed for safe learning. The revolving slope moves at adjustable speeds, there are no trees or other skiers to collide with, and every student has a dedicated instructor. Helmets are required and provided.

Yes, helmets are required for all lessons and are provided by us at no extra charge.

You can book online through our website or call us at (971) 263-2916. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Program registrations (8-week, monthly) are non-refundable once the session begins.

Yes! Gift certificates make perfect gifts for skiers and snowboarders of all levels. Available in any amount from $25 to $500.
