PTO’s workshop in Beaverton, Oregon handles everything from a quick belt wax to a full race-prep stone grind. Our technicians are riders themselves — they know what sharp edges and a clean base actually feel like on the mountain. Walk-in drop-off welcome, or request an appointment below. Same-day turnaround is available on most services (50% rush fee applies for next-day pickup).
Basic Tune
$45Hot wax, edge sharpening, and base cleaning.
Full Tune
$75Base grind, edge bevel and sharpen, hot wax, and binding check.
Race Prep
$110Precision stone grind, hand-finished edges, fluorocarbon wax, and binding inspection.
Base Repair
From $25P-tex fill, base weld, or major base reconstruction.
