Union Factory Snowboard Boots 26/27

The Union Factory is a men's all-mountain snowboard boot for 2026/27 with a 6/10 Union flex and a manual closure built around laces, Lace Lock, and a removable upper strap. It is the softer member of Union's three-model men's boot group, beside dual-BOA Reset at flex 7 and Reset Pro at flex 8.

The lace path gives section-by-section tension control, and Union supplies a spare set. You can leave the upper-foot strap in place or remove it; Lace Lock reinforces heel retention and limits lift. The chassis is a one-piece Pebax Single Frame Shell. Its Forma Pro memory foam uses TrueFoam and starts conforming as the boot is worn, with thermoformed EPDM pockets and an internal Quick-Lock harness supporting the heel.

Factory uses the same X-Grip natural-rubber outsole and Phylon EVA midsole as Reset. Its two highest Union scores are All Mountain and Freestyle at 8; Performance and Freeride sit at 6. Official sizing runs from US Men's 6 through 12.5, mapped to Mondo 240 through 305. Union publishes no numeric last width, no narrow/standard/wide volume label, and no total boot weight. It also does not state that the liner is heat-moldable.

Choose Factory when manual tension control matters more than on-hill dial speed, or when Reset's flex 7 is more boot than you want. Reset replaces laces with separate BOA adjustment at the upper cuff and forefoot; Reset Pro adds two flex points plus its Vibram outsole-and-midsole combination.
