The Burton Women's Mint BOA is a soft-flexing, single-dial snowboard boot built for strap bindings, priced at US$279.95.
Closure is Burton's Single Zone BOA®: one Coiler™ dial reels in one lace zone and winds the slack back into its spool. Inside sits the heat-moldable Imprint™ 1+ Liner, whose own laces tighten separately from the shell; Burton credits that for foot wrap and heel hold. Underfoot, the DynoLITE outsole is made entirely of a cushioning compound that Burton calls 20% lighter, without saying lighter than what.
That combination points at riders early in their progression. It is not a Step On® boot, and Burton says Step On bindings work only with Step On boots.

Burton's Women's Mint BOA makes sense when a soft flex and a simple one-dial closure matter most, and at US$279.95 it lists $80 under Burton's Limelight BOA.
The Mint BOA gives ground to the Limelight BOA on adjustability and warmth spec. The Limelight splits its shell into two independently tightened lace zones, insulates its Imprint 2 liner with 3M Thinsulate and fits a DynoGRIP outsole with an extra traction layer at toe and heel.
Burton describes the Mint BOA as soft and forgiving, so expect it to run out of support before a hard carver does. An independent review of the 2024 lace-up Mint, a sibling Burton lists with the same liner and outsole but a lace closure, found that boot gave essentially no support for higher-angle carves, especially at higher speeds.
