Description

Salomon's Performance Women's Boot — 105 Flex, BOA Lower Shell, 100mm Last

The S/PRO Supra BOA 105 W is Salomon's advanced women's all-mountain boot with a 100mm medium-volume last and a 105 flex. This is the single-BOA version: one BOA dial controls the lower shell closure, while the upper cuff uses two traditional aluminum buckles. It sits between the softer Supra 95 and the stiffer performance tiers in Salomon's women's lineup.

Key Specs

  • Flex 105 — firm enough for confident advanced skiing. Responsive on hardpack and groomed steeps. Lighter or less aggressive skiers may find it stiff; if you're between levels, the 95 flex is more forgiving.
  • 100mm last — medium volume. Fits average-to-slightly-wide feet well. The shell is Custom Shell HD heat-moldable polyurethane, so a bootfitter can open up problem areas.
  • ExoWrap construction — the shell wraps around the foot differently than a traditional overlap boot. Combined with the BOA cable system, it distributes pressure more evenly across the forefoot. Less likely to create isolated pressure points.
  • BOA Fit System (lower shell) — single dial for micro-adjustable forefoot closure. Quick, even, gloves-on adjustment.
  • 2 aluminum buckles (upper cuff) — standard buckle closure for the cuff.
  • My Exowrap 4D Performance liner — shaped with latex-foam layering. Better foothold than the basic 3D liner in the lower-flex models.
  • Women's-specific cuff — anatomically designed for women's lower leg shape, with a lower rear spoiler for calf fit.
  • GripWalk soles — compatible with GripWalk, MNC, or MN bindings.

Who It's For

Advanced women skiers, roughly 130–170 lbs, who ski aggressively on groomers and venture into variable terrain. You want a boot that responds when you push it but isn't punishing on longer days. The 105 flex is a good match if you're past intermediate but not quite at the expert/race level.

Worth Knowing

This is the single-BOA model. Salomon also makes a Dual BOA version (two dials — one on the cuff, one on the lower shell) at a higher price point. If you want BOA control over both zones, ask about the Supra Dual BOA 105 W. Also: a 100mm last is not wide. If you have a wider forefoot, try the Delta line (102mm) instead.

The S/PRO Supra BOA 105 W is Salomon's top women's piste boot — the ExoWrap construction with BOA delivers targeted forefoot wrapping that traditional buckles can't match. Custom Shell HD means a bootfitter can personalize the lower shell in 10 minutes, and the thin-wall construction keeps your foot closer to the shell for better feel and response. The 45mm Velcro strap locks the instep down for maximum power transfer.

Flex 105 is stiff for a women's boot — this is for advanced skiers who drive turns aggressively and want immediate response. At $511, it's a premium boot, but the combination of BOA, ExoWrap, and Custom Shell HD justifies the price for women who put in 20+ days a season.

Strengths

  • +ExoWrap + BOA delivers precision forefoot wrapping and micro-adjustability
  • +Custom Shell HD for rapid bootfitter personalization
  • +45mm Velcro strap for strong instep lockdown and power transfer

Best For

Advanced women skiers who want top-tier BOA convenience and precision in a stiff, performance-oriented medium-volume boot.

Limitations

  • Flex 105 is stiff — lighter women may find it demanding on long days
  • Premium $511 price point
  • 100mm last is medium volume — wider feet need a different boot

Not For

Intermediate women (flex 105 is too stiff — look at the 95 W below), wide-footed women, or budget-conscious buyers.

Common Questions

How does the S/PRO Supra 105 W compare to the 95 W?
Same ExoWrap construction, same BOA system, same 100mm last. The 105 W has a stiffer flex and wider 45mm strap (vs. 35mm) for more aggressive power transfer. The 95 W also includes a Women Calf Adjuster for different calf shapes. Choose the 105 W if you ski hard; the 95 W if you want more forgiveness.
Does this boot have walk mode?
Yes, walk mode is included for off-snow mobility, along with pre-mounted GripWalk soles for better traction.
