The name "Space" refers to the expanded room Dalbello has built into the lower shell at the navicular, sixth-toe area, and ankles through their Contour 5 fit concept — five specific zones where the shell is designed to open up, reducing hot spots without loosening overall hold. The result is a 101mm last that reads medium-volume but feels more accommodating across the forefoot than that number suggests.
