Among the three Happy Medium models in the five Burton women's strap bindings we review for 26/27, the Scribe Re:Flex is the middle one on price, and its case rests on the hi-back. DialFLAD on a Living Hinge lets you set lean with a dial and adjust lean and rotation separately, where the $189.95 Citizen sets lean with a MicroFLAD lever. If that adjustment matters to you, the Scribe earns its $249.95; if it does not, the Citizen shares its baseplate material, straps and buckles for less.
The $299.95 Lexa is the next step up, listing a 30% short-glass/nylon composite baseplate and a Hammockstrap 2.0 where the Scribe lists polycarbonate and a Reactstrap.
