The Burton Step On Lexa X is a women's Step On binding that pairs the Lexa X name with Burton's Re:Flex disc mounting, with a $349.95 MSRP. It has no straps: the toe cleats on a Step On boot click into spring-loaded hooks, the heel cleat locks into a heel clip, and a lever on the heel cup lets you out.
Burton lists the Stiff Disc for this model, a solid Re:Flex disc it describes as firmer underfoot for more response, under a single-component baseplate of 18% short-glass/nylon composite.
