About Lange
Are you an authorized Lange dealer?
Yes, PTO Ski & Snowboard is a fully authorized Lange dealer. All products come with manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed authentic. We carry 11 Lange products in our current inventory.
Do you help with Lange boot sizing?
Yes — when you buy boots at PTO, certified instructors help you get the size and fit right: measuring, shell-fit checks, and try-ons for both ski and snowboard boots. We also sell and fit custom footbeds in-store. We are not a specialty boot-fitting shop: no heat molding or shell modification.
What's the return policy on Lange boots?
Eligible boot returns fall within our standard 22-day return window and are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from the refund or store credit. Boots that show signs of use, wear, heat molding, or modification are not eligible for return.
Do Lange boots ship free?
We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more — oversized items like skis and snowboards included. Below that threshold — and on all international orders — shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
