Description
The Burton Ruler BOA is a men's snowboard boot for strap bindings that Burton describes as medium flex with a responsive feel, plus two BOA® zones you set separately. Its Personality label, Happy Medium, is the middle of Burton's three.
The Dual Zone BOA® system divides the lacing into an upper and a lower zone that Burton says adjust independently, and Burton's photos show two dials. The heat-moldable Imprint™ 2 liner adds 3M™ Thinsulate™ insulation and a hook-and-loop closure, while the low-profile Lock-Up Cuff carries the laces around the ankle for heel hold with, in Burton's words, effortless entry and exit. Underfoot, the DynoGRIP outsole puts B3 Gel in the heel and an extra traction layer at the toe and heel, on Burton's zero-ramp EST® platform with a reflective foil layer for warmth.
