Swix PS8 Red -4°C/+4°C

The PS8 Red is a solid hot-wax from Swix's Performance Speed (PS) line — their entry-level glide wax tier, designed for iron-on application. It's temperature-specific, covering -4°C to +4°C (25°F to 39°F), which puts it squarely in the wet, heavy snow range you see in the Pacific Northwest from mid-winter through spring. You iron it on, scrape, and brush — basic hot-wax process, nothing exotic. The 60g block goes a long way for recreational tuning. The full PS line is 100% fluoro-free and biodegradable, verified by Swix.

This is a good wax to have in your kit if you're doing your own tunes and skiing conditions that hover around freezing.
