Nordica Enforcer 94
By PTO Team, Based on official specs and professional review consensus · Spec analysis + professional review consensus on this ski ·
The take
“The benchmark. Everything else gets compared to this.”
The Enforcer 94 is the ski that other all-mountain skis get measured against. Two sheets of titanal, a beech/poplar Pulse Core with rubber dampening underfoot, and a 95mm waist that handles hardpack like a carving ski and off-piste like it's wider than it is. At 2,090g in the 179, it's not light — and it doesn't pretend to be.
What makes the Enforcer special is how much edge hold you get at this width. The dual titanal and sandwich construction lock the edge in on hardpack and ice. Most 95mm skis feel vague on firm snow. This one doesn't. It carves. Not like a 72mm frontside ski, but confidently, with authority.
The trade-off is forgiveness. The Enforcer 94 doesn't suffer lazy skiing gracefully. Sit back, and the tail reminds you. Get in the backseat in bumps, and it bucks. This is a ski for people who ski with intention. If that sounds intimidating, the Blizzard Black Pearl 94 is lighter and more forgiving at the same width.
Compared to the Enforcer 99 — which is often called the sweet spot of the line — the 94 is tighter, more groomer-friendly, and a half-step more precise. The 99 gives you more float for the 4mm you gain. If you're 70% on groomers, get the 94. If you're 50/50, the 99 is probably the better call.
