The Nitro Fate Pro is a women's directional-twin snowboard built for all-mountain freestyle riding, and it sits a clear step above the standard Fate in how hard it wants to be ridden. Where the regular Fate uses Nitro's Cam-Out camber — camber softened with early rise at the tips for forgiveness — the Fate Pro runs full Trüe camber end to end. That is the load-bearing difference: full camber holds an edge on firm snow and stores pop, and it asks the rider to drive it rather than skid it. Nitro aims this one at intermediate to expert riders working the whole mountain, park included.
The shape is a directional twin, so it rides switch and spins in both directions while carrying a slight forward bias for composure at speed. A Dual Degressive sidecut smooths out turn initiation and keeps the ends from feeling grabby. Underfoot, a Powerlite core keeps the weight down and the pop lively, Carbon Tape adds snap, and Bi-Lite laminates keep the flex balanced rather than planky. Ballistic Impact Panels reinforce the binding zone for hard landings, and the Speed Formula II sintered base runs fast and shrugs off abuse.
This is not the board for a first-season rider — full camber bites if you are still learning to link turns, and the softer, more forgiving standard Fate is the smarter buy there. It is also not a dedicated powder board: it is a twin with no meaningful taper, so it planes like a freestyle deck, not a powder gun. Reach for it if you already ride the whole mountain and want one board to push hard and keep progressing on.
The Fate Pro comes in standard and wide widths, and width follows your boot size, not your height. The deck ships flat, and we help you pick the length and width and set your bindings in the shop.
