POC Fornix BC Ski Helmet

The Fornix BC is a backcountry-focused in-mold helmet built for days that take you away from groomed runs and into terrain where things can go wrong. The polycarbonate shell and aramid-reinforced EPS liner handle the structural work, and MIPS adds rotational impact protection to the package. A 360° dial lets you dial in fit on the fly, adjustable vents let you manage temperature as conditions change, and the goggle chimneys actively vent heat out through your eyewear to cut down on fogging. The RECCO reflector and twICEme NFC medical ID chip are built in — not afterthoughts — which matters when you're in the backcountry and can't always speak for yourself. It's certified to EN 1077 Class B and ASTM F2040, which covers the range of impacts you'd realistically encounter in freeride and all-mountain use.
