Are you an authorized Dakine dealer?
Yes, PTO Ski & Snowboard is a fully authorized Dakine dealer. All products come with manufacturer warranty and are guaranteed authentic. We carry 24 Dakine products in our current inventory.
Can I return Dakine goggles?
Returns are accepted within our standard 22-day return window in original, unused condition with all tags attached and original packaging when applicable.
Can you help me pick the right size?
Yes — our staff help with sizing and fit in-store, in English and Chinese (中文), and our AI shopping assistant can point you to the right size online.
Do Dakine goggles ship free?
We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more — oversized items like skis and snowboards included. Below that threshold — and on all international orders — shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
