The Smith I/O MAG XL Low Bridge Fit is the oversized option in the I/O MAG line, shaped for faces with a lower nose bridge, wider cheekbones, or anyone who finds standard goggles gapping or sitting too high. The frame is the largest in the I/O MAG family, and the spherical Carbonic-X lens gives you a wide field of view without the barrel distortion of a flat lens. ChromaPop lens technology sharpens color separation and contrast so you can read snow texture earlier; it comes in several ChromaPop variants (Sun, Everyday, and photochromic options) depending on the light conditions you ski most. The MAG magnetic system lets you swap lenses in seconds without fiddling with clips or tabs, which matters when the light changes mid-day. Three-layer DriWix foam wicks moisture at the face, and the 5X anti-fog inner lens handles the rest. OTG-compatible if you wear glasses.
Skip this if you have a medium or narrow face — the XL frame will gap and the fit won't seal properly. The standard I/O MAG or I/O MAG S are better fits for smaller faces. One note worth knowing: this goggle ships with two lenses — a bright-light ChromaPop installed and a bonus low-light ChromaPop in the bag — so you're already covered for variable-condition days out of the box.
