Description
The Marker Alpinist Free 13 is a light pin touring binding for long ascents and freeride descents, with a DIN range of 6 to 13 and a weight of 395 g including brake.
A wider base area improves force transmission. The stiff, carbon-reinforced ISI toe has a wider platform for easier step-in, and the pin levers snap in with little force. The Alpinist heel offers 35 mm of adjustment and 0°, 5° and 9° positions. It takes touring adult soles (ISO 9523). Marker rates it Advanced, Expert and Professional.
DIN is an indicator range; a technician sets your actual release value. We can mount it and help pick the brake width.
