HOWL Quilted Mitt

A quilted puffy build on a Rugged Poly Oxford shell, with a breathable waterproof insert, Hyperloft insulation and a single fleece lining. It uses an undercuff with a 2x2 ribbed cuff and a neoprene wrist insert rather than a gauntlet.
