Hestra Moon Light Mitt

The outer is recycled ripstop/polyamide fabric. The palm is hairsheep leather, so the palm side is leather and the rest of the outer is fabric. Inside, Primaloft Gold insulation is paired with a brushed polyester lining. Hestra doesn't list that lining as removable.

Hestra lists two features: attachments for handcuffs and elastic at the wrist. Handcuffs are what Hestra calls wrist leashes; with one attached, the mitt dangles from your wrist instead of dropping when you pull it off. The elastic at the wrist pulls the opening in, so the fit stays snug once the mitt is on.

Primaloft Gold provides the insulation, with the brushed polyester lining on the inside. One compartment holds all four fingers, so their warmth is shared, and the thumb sits apart. Per Hestra's spec, the recycled ripstop/polyamide shell is windproof and breathable.
