Description
The Jade 53 is the women's weekend backpacking pack: FreeFloat hipbelt, tensioned mesh back panel for airflow, a perimeter wire frame rated to 50 lb and 3.5 in of torso adjustment, all on women's-specific shapes. It opens from the top, the front U-zip and the bottom sleeping-bag compartment, with large hipbelt pockets, a floating lid and stretch side and front pockets.
Built for one- to three-night trips. For day hikes it is more than you need; the Maya 25 or 30 are the right size. The men's version is the Zulu 55. Two sizes (XS/SM and SM/MD); the specs below are for SM/MD.
