Description
The Alpinisto 50 is an expedition-style alpine pack with a removable aluminum frame and cross-stay, a removable load-bearing hipbelt, and a removable top pocket, so it can haul to base camp and then strip down to a lighter climbing pack. Side stuff pockets take pickets or wands, and it keeps the tool, crampon and rope attachments plus an included helmet holder.
Pick it for multi-day alpine objectives and glacier trips. For single-day climbs it is more than you need; the Alpinisto 30 is lighter. Two sizes; the specs below are for MD/LG.
