CAPiTA's small-kids stepping-stone board - a scaled-down true twin that bridges the Micro Mini and the tween-age Youth Brigade. It runs a Resort V1 hybrid camber (real camber underfoot for pop, zero-camber tips for easy, catch-resistant turns), a soft Twin 3 flex a light kid can actually bend, and a youth-tuned Poplar Select 2.0 Core. The XXX[truded] extruded base is chosen for one reason - kids are hard on gear and won't wax, so it wants a durable, no-maintenance base, not a fast sintered one. Sized 110-130 cm for riders about 50-80 lb (22-36 kg).
Size by rider weight, not boot size - CAPiTA publishes a suggested rider-weight range for each length. The Youth Brigade Mini runs five lengths from 110 to 130 cm, for riders from roughly 50 lb (22 kg) on the 110 up to about 80 lb (36 kg) on the 130. Below that, CAPiTA's step-down is the Micro Mini; above 130 cm / ~80 lb, the step-up is the full-size Youth Brigade. CAPiTA publishes no board weight and no boot-size chart; size by the per-length weight range and waist width.
