Description
The Anon M6 is a Magna-Tech goggle from Anon: a cylindrical Perceive lens on magnetic mounts, a flexible single-density frame, and an MFI face mask plus a second lens in the box. Anon's size guide lists the frame at 96 mm tall and 167 mm wide, with 169.6° of horizontal and 87.6° of vertical field of view.
Anon says the M6's rare-earth magnets hold the lens securely and self-align, so you can swap lenses in gloves or mittens. Perceive tints bring up contrast when the light changes, the exterior is coated to shed water and smudges, and the inner lens carries Anon's Integral Clarity anti-fog treatment. The single-density frame stays pliable against the face, the ramped foam wicks moisture, a vent channel circles the lens, and Anon rates the frame over-the-glasses compatible.
Alongside the bonus lens and MFI mask, Anon packs a Magna-Tech storage case and a lens protector. Spare tints vary by colorway; a Sunny Onyx lens (6%, S4), for example, comes with a Variable Violet spare (34%, S2).
Anon lists the M6 for medium to large faces, so small faces sit outside it. Bring your helmet and we'll check the fit and the forehead gap with you. Choose Regular or Low Bridge, which adds nose-pocket foam for lower nose bridges.

Technology
Magna-Tech®
Anon's magnetic quick-change lens system. On the M6 it runs on a rare-earth magnetic interface that Anon says gives the same secure lens seal as the M4, with self-aligning magnets for glove-on swaps.
Perceive Lens
Anon's contrast lenses, with color absorbers that filter two light spectrums against flat light and a hydrophobic, oleophobic exterior that resists water and smudges.

Anon's anti-fog treatment, bonded to a nano-etched inner surface on Perceive lenses. Anon's rule is to keep fingers and cloths off the inner lens and air-dry it if it fogs.

Anon's magnetic face-mask link, which Anon says seals the mask to the goggle without blocking the vents. The M6 comes with a lightweight MFI mask.

The Anon M6 gets you into Anon's magnetic lens system without the M4's big frame. Anon says it shares more with the M4 than most of its goggles, including the secure magnetic lens seal, and one independent roundup named the M6 its best interchangeable-lens system: a slight twist of the frame exposes the lens, and it pulls away from your face.
The M6 trades some view for its lower rung. Anon lists 169.6° horizontal and 87.6° vertical on a 96 × 167 mm frame; the M5 lists 176.5° and 95.2° on 96 × 171 mm, with a semi-perimeter dual-density build where the M6 is single-density.
That same roundup rated the M6's helmet integration among the best and said Anon's MFI attachment now vents better than earlier versions. It also found the MFI masks it has used so thin that they can get sucked in when breathing hard on a hike, gave Smith ChromaPop a slight optical edge, and says more of its M6 testing is still to come.
Fit is the M6's open question. Anon fits it to medium-to-large faces but leaves it off its helmet pairing chart, so check it with your own helmet. Sunny Onyx colorways ship an S2 spare, while the Sunny Red and Variable Blue colorways ship an S1 cloudy-day spare. Anon doesn't publish a weight.
Strengths
- +Magna-Tech magnets with the M4's secure lens seal, per Anon
- +Independent roundup's best interchangeable-lens pick, with more M6 findings pending
- +MFI mask, spare lens and storage case come in the box
- +Pliable single-density frame; Anon makes a Low Bridge version
Best For
Medium-to-large faces that want Anon's Magna-Tech lens swaps, two Perceive lenses and an MFI mask on a pliable, single-density frame.
Limitations
- −Less view than the M5: 169.6° / 87.6° against 176.5° / 95.2°
- −Absent from Anon's helmet chart; fit-check your own helmet
- −One roundup warns thin MFI masks can suck inward on climbs
- −Anon doesn't publish a weight
Not For
View-first riders, who get 176.5° from the M5 or 188° from the cylindrical M4; small faces, which the M6S is scaled for; and hard-breathing hikers, since one roundup found thin MFI masks can get sucked against the mouth.

Common Questions
- What is the difference between the Anon M6 and the M6S?
- The M6S is Anon's scaled M6. Anon lists the M6 frame at 96 × 167 mm with 169.6° / 87.6° of view and the M6S at 92 × 162 mm with 153° / 85.6°, and its fit lines put the M6 at medium-to-large faces and the M6S at small-to-medium.
- Anon M6 or M5: what is the difference?
- The M5 lists more view (176.5° / 95.2° against 169.6° / 87.6°), a flat-toric lens and a dual-density semi-perimeter frame; the M6 is cylindrical on a single-density flexible frame. Both use Magna-Tech and ship with a second lens and an MFI mask.
- Anon M6 or Sync: which magnetic goggle?
- The M6 uses Magna-Tech and adds a storage case and lens protector to the box. The Sync uses M-Fusion, magnetic alignment plus a magnetic latch. The Sync frame is larger: 100 × 180 mm against the M6's 96 × 167 mm.
- Does the Anon M6 come in a Low Bridge version?
- Yes. Anon makes the M6 in Regular and Low Bridge; the Low Bridge frame adds face foam in the nose pocket for lower nose bridges.
