Savor AMID Visor HD Black

The Savor AMID Visor HD is Atomic's integrated visor helmet built around AMID — Atomic's Multi-directional Impact Deflector, a dual-density foam system that handles both direct and rotational forces. The shell is a hybrid: a rigid ABS outer paired with Holo Core, an egg-carton-style inner layer that creates a deeper crumple zone while shaving weight. Ventilation is handled by the Active Aircon system, a set of manually adjustable vents across the crown. The integrated HD visor gives you optical clarity close to a dedicated goggle and includes 8mm of extra depth for glasses wearers. Fit is managed by a 360 Live Fit dial at the back. Certified to CE EN 1077:2007 Class B and ASTM F2040. The merino wool liner is removable and washable.

Who it's for: resort skiers who want to ditch the goggle-helmet interface, especially if you wear prescription glasses. Who should skip it: if you need Class A impact protection for aggressive off-piste or racing use, look at a full hardshell or a Class A-certified lid. If you already have a goggle setup you love and have no interest in a visor, a simpler Savor shell will save you money.
