The take
“The one-ski quiver that actually earns the title.”
If someone asks "which Enforcer should I get" and you don't know anything about them, the answer is the 99. It's the sweet spot. 99mm is wide enough to handle real off-piste snow — not just groomed powder, but actual chop, crud, and a few inches of fresh. It's narrow enough to still carve groomers without feeling like you're on water skis.
2,100g in the 179. Dual titanal. Same Pulse Core as the 94. This is a substantial ski. You feel it on the first run — planted, damp, confident. At speed in chopped-up afternoon conditions, the Enforcer 99 just doesn't care. It holds its line. Most skis at this weight feel sluggish. The Enforcer doesn't — the rocker in the tip keeps initiation easy enough.
Five sizes from 167 to 191 gives you more range than the 94. The 191 is a serious big-mountain option for taller, heavier skiers.
Compared to the Stöckli Stormrider 95, the Enforcer 99 is wider and more off-piste capable, but also heavier and less refined on pure groomers. The Stormrider is a better carver. The Enforcer is a better all-mountain ski. Different priorities, different price brackets.
