Description
An ALL MOUNTAIN boot for exploring all terrains.
You will experience the ease of putting on your Alltrack 70 without any hassle, with incredible ease, thanks to STEP IN technology. A simple upward pull of the lever at the back opens the boot widely, allowing your foot to slide in effortlessly. You close the buckles and you're ready to ski. A 102 mm last provides an excellent balance between fit and comfort. The soft liner, made with sheep wool, is thermoformable and insulated with Thinsulate™ for added warmth.

SoftLast Width
102mm— Wide (102mm+)
The Alltrack 70 W is the most forgiving boot in Rossignol's all-mountain women's lineup, pairing a soft flex 70 with a generous 102mm wide last and walk mode. It's built for beginners and low-intermediate skiers who want to explore beyond groomers without being locked into a stiff, uncomfortable boot. The Generative Design Grid shell still delivers decent power transfer for a boot this soft, and the walk mode means you can actually hike up to that ridge your friends are pointing at.
At $280, it offers walk mode at a price where many competitors don't include it. The 102mm last fits wider women's feet comfortably — if the Alltrack Pro 80 W at 100mm felt too tight, this is your boot.
Strengths
- +Walk mode included at $280 — rare at this price point

- +Soft flex 70 is forgiving for developing technique

Beginner-to-intermediate women with wider feet who want walk mode and all-mountain versatility at an accessible price.
Limitations
- −Flex 70 provides limited support for strong skiers on steeps
- −Standard alpine sole (no GripWalk) — less grip when walking
- −You will outgrow this boot as your skiing advances beyond intermediate
Not For
Intermediate-to-advanced women who need more support (step up to Alltrack Pro 80 W), or narrow-footed skiers.
Common Questions
- Is the Alltrack 70 W good for beginners?
- Yes — the soft flex 70 is forgiving and easy to flex into, the 102mm wide last is comfortable for most foot shapes, and the walk mode adds convenience that beginners really appreciate. It is one of the best entry-level all-mountain boots for women.
- What is the difference between the Alltrack 70 W and Alltrack Pro 80 W?
- The 70 W has a wider 102mm last (vs. 100mm), softer flex (70 vs. 80), standard alpine sole (vs. GripWalk), and costs $70 less. The Pro 80 W has a more precise fit and better sole but is stiffer and narrower.
